How website updates work.
How do we make updates to the site?
Easy: email the update to us or use the Update My Site form. Send the exact page, wording, links, files, deadline, and any notes. We review the request, make the change, send a preview when needed, and publish after approval.
Who can request changes?
Approved club contacts, coaches, board members, or team managers can submit routine updates. The access word helps filter the form, and every request is still reviewed before anything goes live.
Is the access word secure?
It is lightweight protection, not a full login system. It works well for simple update requests because the request still goes to ClubSites.ai for review. Clubs that need stronger control can add magic links or member-only access later.
